The Bulk Storage Facility
Located 20km South West of Gladstone in the town of Calliope, adjacent to the Dawson and Bruce Highway. The facility covers 240,000m2 (60 acres) of flat land with duel sealed road access suitable for heavy haulage. The site is secured by a perimeter fence and includes a 3 bedroom caretakers accomodation residence.
Warehouses in Gladstone
Warehouses are available in Gladstone ranging from 440m2 up to 660m2. All warehouses are built with 6m high precast concrete tilt up construction, include multiple full height roller shutters allowing b-double drive through access and provide 3-phase power, wc and kitchenettes. Adjacent fenced hardstand areas totalling 15,000m2 available.
